The CredentialedCARE account application is simple to fill out and takes just a few minutes. Simply,
- Register by giving us your name and email.
- Confirm registration by email.
- Click on "Get Verified" on your profile page.
- If you are the designated manager for your employer organization or you are self-employed with no employees, then fill out the application and submit payment.
- If you are an employee, you must be authorized by your organization's manager. This is done by email when you register. The application can be filled out after authorization is received.
- Wait 5-7 days for the results. Click here to see a sample report.
